YOMICS library search engine

Search for your antibody

You can search our Antibody Collection through 2 different approaches:
Antigen sequence and public database key words or ID code.

With the antigen sequence search mode you can simply paste an amino-acid sequence of at least 20 amino-acids and our search engine will scan our collection to see whether we have a polyclonal antibody that recognizes your sequence. You can thus enter a small peptide sequence or a full length protein or a partial protein domain.
The first scanning will be based on 100% identity of your sequence. In case no match is found, the system will indicate the eventual availability of different polyclonals that may recognize your sequence on the basis of sequence homology.
If more than one match is found, the system will highlight all antibodies potentially recognizing the sequence of your interest.

The alternative search mode is based on keywords or ID codes from public protein/gene databases like Entrez, UniProt, Ensemble, etc.
The system will identify the protein antigen corresponding to your code. Again, if more than one match is found, you will be requested to specify which protein antigen corresponds to what you are looking for.

Search by antigen sequence: insert your protein or peptide aminoacidic sequence.
Please provide sequence in raw format by using single letter aminoacidic code.

Search the library by gene name, or public database gene or protein code:
provide a standard gene name, or a public gene/protein accession code.
Please note that the search can be refined by selecting the public database corresponding to the provided accession code.
